Grapes sourced from 10 year old vines planted in sandy/loam soil. Light pressing and immediate separation of must from grapes. Clarification, fermentation (under controlled temperature) and maturation in stainless steel tanks.
A light, easy-drinking wine with aromas of citrus fruits and hint of herbs. Its fullness is revealed on the palate, where the fruity bouquet is enhanced by subtle mineral notes.
Enjoy with fish, seafood and grilled meat. Best served at 10-12C.

To help revive and promote Fokiano, we are proud to be the first winery to produce a Blanc de Noirs from this lesser-know Greek variety, which is traditionally used for the production of sweet and dry red wines.
